These terms govern your use of Talia ("the Service"), operated at withtalia.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Talia provides:
You must be at least 18 years old to use Talia. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You create an account using your email address. We use magic link authentication — there are no passwords. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account. You agree to provide accurate information when using the calculator and lesson inputs.
You retain ownership of any data you enter into Talia (personal details, pension information, lesson responses). We use this data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete all your data at any time via the Settings menu.
You agree not to:
We send magic link emails for authentication. These are essential to the Service and cannot be opted out of while you have an account. We do not send marketing emails. If we introduce optional communications in the future, you will be able to opt out.
All content in the Talia service — including lesson text, illustrations, calculations methodology, and the software itself — is owned by Talia or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
You can delete your account at any time via Settings. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Talia is not financial advice.
The pension calculations, projections, and educational content provided by Talia are for informational purposes only. They are estimates based on the information you provide and general pension maths. No one can predict the future — as the law and pension rules change, so will these numbers.
Talia does not replace professional financial advice. We recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making significant pension decisions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talia's total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed £100 GBP. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under English law, including rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
